Wer selbst ein Instrument spielt, der kann es sich sicher besser vorstellen. Und für mich persönlich war es schon immer klar. Jedes Mal wenn ich meine Sticks zur Hand nehme und mich hinter mein Schlagzeug setze, geht auch bei mir das Feuerwerk los! Schon Wahnsinn, was im Gehirn eines Musikers so vor sich geht und hat laut Video denselben Effekt (im Gehirn!) wie ein volles Workout.
